Career narrative
From software engineering to enterprise transformation to product leadership.
I began as a software engineer at Wipro, building automation and data layers for telecom workflows. That gave me a technical foundation, but the more important lesson was how often useful software depends on understanding the process around it.
At EY, I worked on SAP Sales & Distribution transformations for retail and consumer businesses. Five years of requirements, process studies, blueprinting, testing, rollout, and training made operational ownership as important to me as system design.
At MedPiper, a YC-backed healthcare company, product strategy, platform work, operations, compliance, and hands-on building came together. I helped build the platform from the ground up, owned three product lines, worked across a growing cross-functional organisation, and reduced an insurance workflow from roughly four weeks to roughly ten days.
I now stay close to execution through independent products in document intelligence, local-first desktop software, audio workflows, evaluation systems, and spatial simulation. The common thread is not a specific model. It is turning ambiguity into a system people can operate and verify.
I am curious by default, direct about trade-offs, and happiest when I can take a problem from a rough conversation through workflow, interface, implementation, and release. I do not need to own every line of code, but I want decisions to stay close enough to reality that the product can survive contact with users.
How the career connects
Each chapter added a different kind of ownership.

What working with me feels like
Direct, cross-functional, and close to the real work.
The common working style is the same whether the commitment is a senior internal role or a bounded commercial engagement.
I ask for the real artefacts early
Files, screens, calls, data, support cases, constraints, and edge conditions are more useful than polished requirements created at a distance.
I move between layers
I am comfortable discussing the commercial goal, mapping the workflow, shaping the interface, reviewing architecture, and writing enough code to test the decision.
I am direct about uncertainty
I separate what is known, inferred, and still risky. I would rather narrow a claim or scope than decorate it with confidence theatre.
I like taking things end to end
The work includes the unglamorous parts: error states, packaging, documentation, release gates, handoff, and the follow-through required for people to use the product.
Two ways to work together
Same operating capability, different accountability horizon.
The capability is the same; the accountability horizon is different. Hire me for sustained internal ownership. Use a commercial engagement for a bounded workflow, system, or decision.
Hire for sustained internal ownership
Long-term product direction, platform choices, cross-functional leadership, and responsibility for what the team learns after launch.
Review role fit and experienceEngage for a bounded system or workflow
A defined decision, build, correction, or workstream with explicit scope, evidence, delivery terms, and a separate commercial contract.
